CONTRACT OF USE TERMS

This page outlines the conditions under which you may use LYNXTECH DIGITAL SERVICES, hereby referred to as the firm, or online and/or mobile services, websites, and software offered on or in conjunction with firm (collectively, the "Service"), depending on the country in which you reside. Whether or whether you are a registered user of our Service, by accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be governed by these Terms of Use (the "Agreement").

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF USE

The Service and all content contained therein or transferred thereby, including without limitation, software, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photos, audio, video, music, and user content (the "Company Content"), are the sole property of the Company and its licensors. You agree not to sell, licence, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from any materials or content available on the Service unless expressly permitted by this Agreement, and nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to grant you a licence in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights. Use for any purpose not specifically permitted herein of materials on the Service or the Company Content

INDEMNITY

You agree to protect Company, its subsidiaries, agents, licensors, managers, and other affiliated companies, as well as their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from: (i) your use of and access to the Service, including any data or content transmitted or received by you through the Service; and (ii) any third-party claim that SECURITY The security and integrity of your personal information are important to the organisation. We cannot, however, guarantee that unauthorised parties won't ever be able to circumvent our security measures or misuse your personal data. You acknowledge that you do so at your own risk when providing personal information. We have the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and non-substantive amendments need not be accompanied by a notice.

SALES & PURCHASE AGREEMENT

1. All payments made for any product that has been delivered to a customer is not refundable. Cancellation is allowed for purchased item cancelled on same day product was bought, the company is duty bound to make refund within 2 to 30 working days
2. The maximum period the company can keep customer's purchased item(s) is ONE MONTH without storage fee.
3. The company shall charge 1% DAILY on the total value of item(s) purchased as STORAGE FEE which shall commence after the grace period of one month has elapsed.
4. Where the customer neglect or refuse to take delivery After 2 months, the company reserves the right to sell the purchased item(s) without notice to the customer.
5. Where the company sells a customer purchased item(s), the customer will have option to pick another item(s) of same value after Storage fee has been deducted.
6. If a customer changes his/her mind on a product after making a deposit payment and before delivery, he/she can pick another product of the same or higher value. We will only make refunds if work on the item has not commenced
7. We provide free delivery for a standalone purchase of items above N500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira)
8. The company does not guarantee the functionality of LED lights after delivery.
9. Company is not liable for damage on all item(s) to be delivered outside the state it was purchased, after the item(s) leaves the company's warehouse.
10. For customers who are ready to choose furniture must choose from the available furniture or give the company enough time to produce their desired furniture.
11. We provide 6 months of after sales repairs, support and maintenance on purchased items however customer may bear the cost of transportation and materials only. Company is not liable of damages on purchased item(s) delivered on good condition where nature of damage qualifies as a reckless use and exposure to abnormal conditions
12. Where customer have not completed the sale agreement as indicated in the receipt and makes payment, it is deemed that he accepted all the sale conditions.
13. For every POS transaction, the company is not responsible for money that did not enter the company's account.
14. The above terms and conditions are binding and shall apply to all transactions between the company and all customers.

DELIVERY & TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENT

1. Installation within Benin City and Lagos is always free; outside of those cities, however, the buyer will be responsible for our installers' travel logistics as well as their lodging and meals during their stay.
2. transportation within Benin City and Lagos are FREE for items costing ₦500k or more; shipping outside of those cities are NOT FREE.
3. After payment acceptance, orders are normally delivered within 1-3 working days (Monday through Sunday). Depending on the distance and the customer's agreement.
4. All deliveries outside of Benin City and Lagos are the responsibility of the customer and the cargo company, not us.
5. The customer must explicitly state his phone number and delivery address, and it is strongly advised that he include a second phone number in case
6. The customer is unreachable.
7. Customers will be required to pick up their things from our warehouse or showrooms if they refuse delivery because they can't be reached or if they keep our delivery personnel waiting for more than an hour
